A Journey From Abuse to Abounding Book Release

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE FROM ALANNA RUSNAK PUBLISHING

January 3, 2020 | Hamilton, Ontario

A rich and creative pilgrimage

Monica invites you on a journey of healing. By sharing her personal abuse story and the creative outlets that assisted her healing, it is her desire to see lives renewed and transformed because of her vulnerability

A Journey From Abuse to Abounding is an intimate glimpse at the long road to healing after experiencing devastating abuse. Through personal testimony, therapeutic poetry, and drawings of her feelings, Monica Di Francesco proves she is an overcomer in this book. Her tenacious spirit and faith have enabled her to triumph over difficulties and challenges, such as childhood sexual abuse, anorexia, rapid cycle bipolar, and a marriage separation. She is now living a restored and transformed life with her husband in Hamilton, Ontario. They have four adult children and eight grandchildren. Monica enjoys dancing, kayaking, macro photography, and making healthy treats. She has also written a manual called, "The Biblical Foundations of Praise and Worship."

Monica has simplified the most common stages of healing with sincere clarity, insightful poetry, childlike pictures, and powerful words of wisdom.

—Kerri Crousset BTH., BA., MSW., RSW.

Monica's transparency in her journey through pain into restoration will encourage you to do the same.
